Why we exist

A creator who wants their chat handled has two familiar options, and both create work rather than remove it.

Hand it to an agency, and you can end up chasing the agency to do the chatting you are already paying for — supervising a service instead of being freed by it. Hire chatters directly, and you become a manager: recruiting, onboarding, monitoring, correcting, and replacing people. Underperformance usually shows up only after the revenue is already gone, and the cycle restarts.

There is a structural reason for that. Chatting in this market is commonly done by low-paid workers with little incentive to sell. They answer messages rather than convert them, so the inbox looks covered while the revenue stays flat. Coverage and performance are not the same thing, and most creators are only ever sold coverage.

What we are not

We are not an agency. Not a talent agency, not a management agency. We do not run your content, your social media, or your marketing. You do not sign your account over to us, you do not get assigned a manager, and there is no exclusivity. We do one job — the chat — and you keep everything else.

How we are paid

Our pricing is performance-based. We take an agreed percentage of earnings rather than charging a flat monthly fee, drawn against service credits you top up when you want to continue. Your dashboard shows your earnings, how the percentage-based charge was calculated, and your remaining credit balance — so an invoice is never a surprise.

What we can and cannot promise

Creators have seen revenue increases of 2–20× from the same fanbase they already had. That is a potential range and not a guaranteed outcome: results vary by audience, offer, activity, and the chat setup already in place. What we will commit to is the operating standard — the coverage, the proactive selling, the pricing discipline, and the removal of the management work from your plate.
